The eCab 1C, eCab 3C, and eCab4C are the brains of the 1C 3C, and 4C NuSeis recorders. All the electronics including the GNSS, and low energy RF comms and data storage are contained in the eCab housing. The eCabs can quickly be removed from one NRU housing and inserted into another, thus giving the seismic operator great operational and terrain flexibility. eCabs are tiny and easy to ship, facilitates logistics including repair and return of field damaged units.
