Tom Fleure
Prior to joining GTI as VP of Geophysical Technology, Tom Fleure served as Senior Vice President of Geophysical Technology for Global Geophysical Services from its inception in 2004 until 2016 as well as serving on the company’s Board of Directors from 2004 until 2010. During his tenure he helped manage the transition from cabled recording systems to the proprietary AutoSeis nodal recording platform as well as record over 6000 square miles of high quality long offset and wide azimuth multi-client library in several unconventional resource plays in the United States. Prior to participating in the founding of Global Geophysical, Tom Fleure held various technical and managerial positions for 22 years at Western Geophysical and its successor companies including Resident Manager for Saudi Arabia, Managing Director for Nigeria, as well as Operations Manager for Western Hemisphere Marine.
With more than 33 years of experience in the seismic industry, Tom Fleure has a broad knowledge of exploration geophysics ranging from field parameter testing to signal processing. His areas of expertise and research include advanced vibroseis techniques and vibroseis sweep design as well as 3D acquisition geometry and design. He holds multiple patents in these disciplines. Mr. Fleure received a BSc Degree in Geophysical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines in 1982.

Richard Degner
Richard A. Degner is the founder and CEO of Geophysical Technology Inc., an oil field technology firm focused on next generation geophysical technology development. Previously, Mr. Degner was the founder, Chairman, and CEO of Global Geophysical Services, Inc., headquartered in Houston, Texas. Mr. Degner built Global from inception and served as the Chairman, CEO and President from June 2003 to October 2012.
Prior to founding Global Geophysical Services, Mr. Degner spent 3½ years building PGS Onshore around several hundred of the best people in the seismic business. Under Mr. Degner’s leadership, PGS developed an excellent reputation as an innovative and high quality provider of land and TZ geophysical services.
Prior to PGS, Mr. Degner had an accomplished 16-year career with Western Geophysical, where he joined in 1984 after earning degrees in both Geophysical and Geological Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines. Since managing Western Geophysical’s first land 3D seismic project in Latin America in 1985, Mr. Degner designed and/or executed hundreds of land and transition zone 3D projects worldwide. He became the worldwide Land Product Line Leader for Western’s industry leading land and TZ seismic operation. He also served as Vice President of Western Hemisphere Operations. As a leader of the largest geophysical operator worldwide, Mr. Degner established a vast experience base and good reputation from oil and gas clientele throughout the world.Mr. Degner graduated from Rice University’s Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Business with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. He is an active member in the Society of Exploration Geophysics, the American Association of Petroleum Geologists, and served as a board member of the International Association of Geophysical Contractors. Mr. Degner has served on Stanford University’s “Earth Science Advisory Board”, and at the Colorado School of Mines’ “Geophysical Advisory Board”. He is an active member of Gerson Lerhman’s council of Energy Advisors. Mr. Degner was the 2012 regional award winner of the Ernst and Young “Entrepreneur of the Year” program for oil field technology.
Nicole Moss

Nicole joined GTI in January 2014 as General Counsel and Secretary. She also advises several early stage companies on general corporate matters. Prior to joining GTI, Ms. Moss was in private legal practice where she advised predominantly energy and energy-related companies on corporate and securities matters including formations, raising capital, corporate governance, complex transactions, and exits. Her clients included E&P, transloading, and ancillary services companies as well as companies producing hardware and software products to the industry.
Prior to her private practice, Ms. Moss was general counsel of Kenmont Capital, a fund platform located in Houston, Texas. She previously spent five years in the Boston office of Weil, Gotshal & Manges in the Private Equity / Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Her experience includes acquisitions and sales of companies by private equity funds including cross-boarder transactions; private equity fund formation and administration for funds from $100M to $10B; syndications; financing transactions; and other general corporate matters.
Ms. Moss’s experience also includes starting and running a back-office services company and roles in recruiting and human resources. She received her BS in Communications from the University of Texas, Austin and her JD from Southern Methodist University. Ms. Moss guest lectures at the University of Houston Wolff Center for Entrepreneurship and mentors startup company teams.

Alec Huval
Alec Huval brings more than eight years of specialized experience in financial leadership and operational strategy within the oil and gas industry. A graduate of the Colorado School of Mines with a degree in Petroleum Engineering, Alec has built a career at the intersection of technical insight and financial discipline—holding key strategic and financial roles at National Oilwell Varco and Gordon Technologies.
Throughout his career, Alec has led transformative initiatives, including due diligence for over $400 million in mergers and acquisitions, the development of global financial reporting frameworks across diverse accounting standards, and the successful implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning systems. He has also driven working capital efficiency programs and led global budgeting and profitability optimization projects, earning a reputation for analytical precision and results-oriented leadership.
Alec’s ability to translate data-driven insights into actionable strategy, coupled with his deep understanding of financial management and operational performance, positions him to guide GTI’s financial vision as the company embarks on its next phase of growth and innovation.
Lee Parker

Lee Parker
Lee Parker, GTI’s Global Business Development Manager, brings over 30 years of demonstrated experience in the oil and gas services industry, including land, marine, transition zone (TZ), ocean bottom cable (OBC), and ocean bottom node (OBN) acquisition in both proprietary and multi-client environments. Having worked on all continents and in more than 28 countries, Lee has held senior leadership roles including EVP of Operations at Geokinetics and Founder and CEO of Axxis Geosolutions, where he was responsible for global projects generating annual revenues exceeding $750 million. He has operated in private, private equity, and public environments, contributing to multiple M&A initiatives throughout his career.
Lee also brings experience in electromagnetic (EM) methods for both land and marine applications, supporting conventional oil and gas exploration as well as advancing energy transition technologies. Known for his collaborative leadership style and focus on QHSE excellence, Lee has successfully led multicultural, multi-mode operations and worked alongside vendors to develop custom equipment solutions that enhance operational efficiency and profitability.

Robert Hauser
Robert joined GTI in September 2015, developing NuSeis firmware and software technology in key areas. Robert successfully navigated multiple challenges to achieve a number of system improvements that have been proven on multiple customer projects. In May of 2017, Robert stepped into the role of Executive Team Lead of Software, working closely with GTI’s chief software architect to deepen the maturity of the NuSeis technical ecosystem. Robert was promoted to VP, Engineering and Development in October of 2017.
Prior to joining GTI, Robert led the day-to-day operations for firmware engineers and electrical engineers at a Flex design center – contributing project management, statement of work, and subject matter expertise in winning a variety of successful design engineering contracts. Prior to Flex, Robert was the Director of Intellectual Property at a software company, focusing engineering on IP development efforts and marketing the resulting patent applications which were sold for a high valuation. Robert’s prior experience includes the following positions: Director of Software for a start-up robotics company, Software Engineer for a middleware company, Software Engineer for a natural language processing company, Software Engineer and sole-developer of the Windows filesystem that shipped with HP CDRW drives, and Software Consultant at Intergraph.
Robert is an accomplished inventor with over 40 patents. Robert received his BA from the University of Northern Iowa in Computer Science and Mathematics and his MS from Michigan State University in Computer Science.

Vicky Gong
Vicky serves GTI as VP of Global Supply Chain . She manages the GTI executive team’s relationships/partnerships with our global contract manufacturers and was instrumental in our recent smooth startup of western hemisphere NuSeis manufacturing in Tijuana Mexico with Benchmark. Vicky also manages GTI’s global supply chain, global shipping, and global assembly and reverse logistics partners.
Vicky has 10 years of experience in the supply chain industry. She has a degree in International Trade from Nanjing University of Science and Technology, along with a Data Science certificate from Microsoft. Along with extensive experience in international logistics, production planning, and supply chain analysis, Vicky spent her early career as a Professional Importer, Maintenance Project Coordinator, and Supply Chain Specialist in the industrial equipment and heavy machine industries.

Corey Salinas
Corey is the Finance Manager at Geophysical Technology Inc. (GTI). His responsibilities include the management of all GTI’s finance responsibilities including accounting, treasury, financial reporting, budgeting, and auditing, and tax, in accordance with legislative requirements and GTI organizational policies and strategies.
Corey graduated with Honors from the University of Houston-Downtown with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. Following his graduation in 2019, Corey joined the GTI team as an Accounting Administrator. Quickly proving himself as a change agent, he implemented policies and procedures to improve efficiencies and processes in accordance with GAAP standards. Due to his commitment and contributions to GTI, Corey was recently promoted to Finance Manager.

Deirdre Sutor
With over 10 years of experience that combine technical skills, marketing strategy, and scientific research, our Sales & Marketing Manager Deirdre offers a uniquely well-rounded perspective to GTI’s business development and brand efforts. She has led marketing efforts, improved sales processes, and created clear, effective communication that engages clients and industry partner resulting in brand growth and revenue.
Her background includes data systems, digital marketing, and microbiology/biomedical sciences at East Carolina University, where she also taught and conducted research. This combination of analytical expertise and creative strategy allows her to translate complex ideas into effective business strategies driving GTI’s continued growth and industry leadership.

Alex Chen
With more than a decade of experience across information technology, engineering, and production management, Alex serves as GTI’s IT and Assembly Manager, where he integrates technical expertise with operational leadership. He has successfully advanced network systems, streamlined assembly workflows, and introduced data-driven tools that strengthen performance, consistency, and reliability. His diverse background in systems integration and process optimization enables him to bridge technology with manufacturing excellence, ensuring GTI stays at the forefront of innovation and efficiency.
